Every batch starts as 78 parts copper to 22 parts tin, weighed by hand at our own furnace. Most sellers buy metal already mixed elsewhere; we measure ours ourselves, so we know exactly what's in it.
Shaped By Hand Or Mould
Hand-beaten pieces are shaped cold, blow by blow under the hammer, so each one is lighter, tougher, and a little different from the next. Cast pieces are poured molten into a mould, giving a heavier, uniform piece every time. Most sellers carry only one of these; we make and stock both, in every size.
Polished Where You Eat, Untouched Where You See
The inside is buffed to a smooth, food-safe surface, ready to serve from. The outside is left exactly as the fire made it, a natural dark tone that no imitation metal can fake, so you can see the purity, not just be told about it.

The glass broke when it dropped from a 4 feet height table. I doubt now their quality of product. Really disappointed with kansawala. I will never buy again from them and recommend anyone

It depends mainly on the manufacturing method—items made using molds, whether in bronze, brass, copper, or German silver, are naturally more brittle and can break on impact. This is a known characteristic of such metals and craftsmanship.

Thali upper side clean and Matt finished but lower side black non polished same with bowls only glass is in 100% product

All the items you ordered are handmade products, and as clearly mentioned on our website and in the product descriptions, handmade Kansa/Bronze utensils are finished on the food-contact side, while the lower side retains a natural black or matte finish. This is an intentional and traditional aspect of authentic handcrafted products, not a quality defect.
We also offer molded and machine-finished products, where both sides are polished. However, molded products have different characteristics and can be more prone to breakage, whereas handmade products are valued for their durability, authenticity, and traditional craftsmanship.
Regarding the glass size, the dimensions are specified on the product page, and the glass is designed as a traditional Kansa glass, which is typically smaller in size compared to modern steel tumblers.
