good quality

A suggestion - the Cover handle knob gets hot - Should be preferably in something non conductor of heat - like wood etc. When cooking one cannot hold the handle knob on the cover.

Did a series of cooking in all the three Brass utensils (my first time in Brass). It is such a pleasure to cook (especially with TIN coating on the inside). In my experience it cooks faster than all other (steel/Alumi/ and all the latest cooking material that we have today), does not stick and definitely much much tastier. One other thing - they are a "beautiful piece of art" and I love them. I take special care to clean and dry them as soon as I am done with cooking. Have cooked rice, Dal, Sabji, Chicken and Mutton. Delicious. You cannot go wrong with them. Keep it up Kansawala!
