Each of our pieces is handcrafted with love by artisans. Our products are neither machine-made nor mass-produced; they are created using natural materials and traditional techniques. This means that every item is unique in its way, and no two products will be the same. As a result, there might be occasional delays or challenges in production and delivery.

We are dedicated to delivering your new utensils after they have been carefully finished, thoroughly quality-checked, and securely packaged for transport. We'll stay in touch with you throughout the process and address any challenges that come up. Your new utensils represent the combined effort and care of many talented individuals.

Order Processing Time

All our products are handcrafted, so the turnaround period can vary. In most cases, orders are processed within Same working days. If a product has run out of stock and needs to be handcrafted to order, the processing period may take up to 07 days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure each piece meets our quality standards.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders

All domestic prepaid orders are inclusive of free shipping. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we charge a minimal shipping fee of ₹200.

  • Coverage: All locations served by our courier partners across India
  • Delivery Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm (excluding public holidays and Sundays)

International Shipping

Free Worldwide Shipping

We're excited to offer Free Worldwide Shipping to customers around the globe! International shipping costs are now included in the product price—what you see at checkout is what you pay, with no additional shipping charges.

  • Coverage: USA, UK, Australia, UAE, Canada, Europe, and other countries
  • Delivery Time: 12-15 working days from the date of dispatch
  • Shipping Partners: DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and other reliable international logistics partners
  • Shipping Origin: All orders ship from Sihor, Gujarat, India

Important: Please read all product descriptions carefully, as we do not accept exchanges or returns for international orders. We thoroughly inspect each product prior to shipping to ensure quality.

Tracking Information

You will receive a WhatsApp message and email with the tracking AWB number once your order is dispatched. Click on the tracking link to check your package's current location in real-time.

While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery. In such cases, please don't worry—get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we haven't already contacted you.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address including:

  • Full street address
  • Zip/postal code
  • Mobile number

This will help us deliver your order smoothly. Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and your order will be cancelled.

For residences/offices on the ground floor: Products will be handed over at your doorstep.

Address Changes

Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Important for International Customers:

While we offer free shipping worldwide, customs duties and import taxes are determined by your destination country's regulations and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

  • Duties and taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout for transparency
  • We declare the full value of your order on customs forms as required by law
  • Your order may be held by customs for inspection, which can cause delays

Delivery Times & Delays

India (Domestic):

  • Processing: Same working days 
  • Delivery: 7-8 working days from dispatch

International:

  • Processing: Same working days
  • Delivery: 12-15 working days from dispatch

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes affecting courier partners and transporters
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Public holidays
  • Remote locations

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

Lost by Courier: If the product is lost by the courier company (as shown on the tracking page), it is their liability, and we will send you the product again at no additional cost.

Delivered Status: If the tracking shows "delivered" and you have received a delivery confirmation message on your registered mobile number or email, we will only resolve the issue if you notify us within 48 hours. After 48 hours, the order is considered successfully delivered.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos at info@kansawalas.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Non-Delivery Charges

If a non-delivery occurs due to customer error (incorrect address, unavailability, refusal to accept), any additional costs incurred by Kansawala for re-delivery of the product will be the responsibility of the customer.
