We ship to all the locations served by Shree Maruti Courier and Delhivery Courier.
Our delivery partners will try thrice, then it'll come back to us and your order will stand cancelled, please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order smoother.

Please read all the descriptions carefully because we don’t accept exchanges and returns in international orders. Customs are applicable as per originals and are payable by the customer at the time of delivery.

Shipping Costs

All domestic prepaid orders are inclusive of the shipping. In COD we charge a minimal amount of Rs 200/- for shipping.

In case of international orders shipping is calculated at the checkout. It’s based on the volumetric weight of the product.

Delivery Times

All are products are handcrafted so the turn around period can be slow, though we tend to be prepared for most our orders. In this case the order is processed in 2-3 working days. Will get to you in a week's time.

If the product has run out of stock so it may take longer, the period may go up to 12 days.

For domestic orders, please expect delivery within 7-8 working days from the date of dispatch.

International orders typically take 10-12 working days from the date of dispatch to reach their destination."

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all the locations served by Delivery Courier and Shree Maruti Courier.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

In case the product is lost by courier company it’s their liability, and we will send you the product again. Its only applicable if it shows lost in the Tracking Page.

In case the product shows delivered and you have gotten the Message of delivered on your registered mobile no. or E-mail. We will resolve the problem if you let us know in 48 Hrs or else, according to us its delivered and we will not accept the complain of it being undelivered.

Policy on Address Changes and Non-Delivery Charges

Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped. If a non-delivery occurs due to a customer error, any additional costs incurred by Kansawala for re-delivery of the product will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Schedule and Conditions

Our courier partners will deliver your shipment from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 7pm. Please note that delivery excludes public holidays and Sundays. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays caused by weather conditions or strikes affecting our courier partners and transporters. 

International Shipping Information

We offer international shipping services. Prior to shipping, we thoroughly inspect each product. Please ensure to carefully read all product descriptions as we do not accept exchanges or returns for international orders. Customs duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
